CHANTELLE MCMAHON, 33, of Cherry Croft, Wantage, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Reading Road, Wantage on April 7 this year with 43 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £80. There was a victim surcharge of £32 but no other orders for costs.

HENRY BAILEY, 19, of Millers Way, Middleton Cheney, pleaded guilty to one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm in Banbury on October 29 last year. He was given a community order to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and 12 days of rehabilitation activity. He was also ordered to pay £500 in compensation. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

JOHN CHANT, 28, of The Slade, Headington, pleaded guilty to threatening a woman with a knife in a private place on February 18 this year as well as one count of assault by beating of the same victim. He was given a community order to complete 30 days of rehabilitation activity and 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also made subject to a restraining order not to contact or attend any address of the victim for one year. There were court costs of £585 and a victim surcharge of £114.

KEVIN STROUDLEY, 57, of Harris Road, Upper Heyford, pleaded guilty to one count of stalking of a woman in Upper Heyford between April 8 and August 27 last year. He sent her multiple emails, breaching police bail by making contact. He was given a community order to complete 200 hours of unpaid work and 15 days of rehabilitation activity. He was also made subject to a restraining order until 2027. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

GUNASEKARAN SUBRAMANIAM, 43, of Cresswell Close, Yarnton, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating in Oxford on September 10 last year. He was given a community order to complete 30 days of a specified programme and five days of rehabilitation activity. He was also ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

DANNY RAYSON, 33, of Luther Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing a pedal cycle, a Careera Hyrid, to the value of £470 on October 9 last year as well as stealing a motor vehicle, a Lexmoto Titan 125, to the value of £1,700 on September 25 last year. He was jailed for eight weeks and ordered to pay £300 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
