After having a month off work i have noticed that my health and emotions have all changed.

It does get boring at times being at home while others are working but i have joined a local aqua natal class every Monday now which is really good!! you get to go out and meet other mums in the area, get some exercise then have coffee and a chat after. The improvement in my back has been wonderful!! i still get the odd twinge now and then but it is nothing in comparison to what it used to be. I still get pains in my hip but that is getting better now i am exercising and also the fact i can rest when i want helps too had some great news recently. My brother has finally proposed to his girlfriend after 14 years of being together! They have asked for me to be bridesmaid as well !! yippee!! i am so excited! Only problem is i have 9 months to get rid of the baby fat! Any suggestions how that is possible would be appreciated lol Squidge is behaving itself thank god. I went for my 28 week check up last week and everything again was fine. The midwife checked my heartbeat and just as she put the Doppler on my belly Squidge decided to give it a kick!! cheeky monkey!

Been getting a little nervous about the labour and reality is kicking in BIG time now. Up until now things haven't seemed real. It has all been like a fantastic dream! Having time on my hands i have been reading up on water births and also i have been on You Tube and watched a few videos as well. Certainly is something i am considering but been told that if you suffer with SPD you may not be able to have it as you may need to be able to get out of the pool quickly if baby is distressed in anyway? Will have to see i guess.

Gaviscon is now my new best friend!! i have always been a sufferer of indigestion but not half as bad as i am now. I have bottles and sachets on stand by all around the house and in every bag i take out ha ha i have heard an old wives tale that woman that suffer with indigestion normally have a baby with a lot of hair??
