Miles Bailey was last seen in Faringdon at 3.30pm on Monday (March 25).
He is described by Thames Valley Police (TVP) as being 5ft 6in tall with a slim build, brown hair and blue eyes, and he was wearing school uniform at the time he went missing.
He has been known to travel to the Swindon area in the past.
A statement from Thames Valley Police said: "We are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.
"If you have seen Miles, know of his whereabouts or have information that you believe may help us, please call 101 quoting our reference number 43240138421."
Police guidance states a person will not be in trouble for going missing.
