The company also has plans for creating more recreational space, with the proposals including plans for flexible mini tennis and badminton courts, three basketball courts, one netball court and two shuffleboard courts.

In addition to this, golf fans will be pleased to know that the company intends to re-instate and landscape a mini golf course.

There are also plans for a new group exercise space and six picnic benches, which will require the removal of two trees adjacent to the pavilion.
