A dental practice is re-locating in Bicester to an expanding housing development.

The Graven Hill housing development, which is situated on the southern edge of Bicester, has welcomed the dental practice Market Square Dental, which was first established in the 1980s.

The dental practice is moving to a state-of-the-art clinic which will include five surgeries, a waiting room, a reception area and private consultation spaces.

As the practice expands its services, it plans to take on more employees and the dentist is conveniently located next to the Graven Hill bus stop.

Owners, Shrayesh and Amee Patel, have said they cannot wait to see their clients react to the new premises.

Mr Patel said: “We’re very excited about the opportunities our new clinic will allow us to develop.

“We plan to expand our services in cosmetic dentistry, and introduce new services such as implant dentistry and facial aesthetics, and we simply couldn’t do that in our old premises.

“We were on the first floor of a Grade II listed building in the town centre which is hard for some of our elderly clients to get to.

“Due to the listed status, we are also very restricted in what we could do to improve it.”

New facilities coming to the development, which is close by to the Bicester Village Outlet Centre, include a community centre and primary school.

Graven Hill’s Customer Experience Director, Gemma Davis, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Shrayesh, Amee and their team to Graven Hill.

“Their new clinic is looking amazing and offers Graven Hill residents and the wider Bicester community the very best dental care in this state-of-the-art facility.”
