A Faringdon beauty salon has been shortlisted for the finals of a national competition.
RayJ Beauty & Hair, owned by Jayde Randell, has been named among the top 10 lash stylists in the district.
Lash artists are responsible for creating and styling eyelashes for their clients.

The salon will now compete to become the best in the country.
The Hair and Beauty awards consist of a number of hotly contested categories and seek to recognise the best in the business in the UK.
The grand finale is a red-carpet event in Birmingham from April 21-22.
Ms Randell said: “I was so shocked when I found out I had been named among the top 10 in the district.
“I had not actually bought a ticket to the final because I never expected that I would get through.”
Ms Randell set up RayJ Beauty & Hair at the beginning of 2021 and has only been a lash artist for a short period of time.
She added: “I learnt to lash as a kind of side hobby, but I seemed to pick it up quite quickly.
“But it has been hard running a business with a young family and it was also difficult starting the business in the middle of Covid.
“I was going to open the business earlier than 2021 but it was delayed due to the pandemic.
“It was a risk to open when we did but I’m so glad that I’ve been able to do it.”
