Here is a selection of five cats living at Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary that are in need of forever homes.
The sanctuary rehomes up to 500 animals every year and looks after 60 cats at any one time.

Gizmo is looking for a new place to call his home - could his forever home be with you?
He is a confident and energetic cat that needs to be the only pet in the house.
On top of loving catnip and playing with his toys, Gizmo enjoys sitting on laps but not being picked up.
He needs outdoor access and can live with cat-savvy kids aged 12 and over.

This gorgeous cat is a really confident little lady that enjoys a little fuss and snacking on her treats,
Hyacinth joined the shelter alongside other cats that are named after flowers and she can be paired with them in her new home.
She needs outdoor access, can live with cats and cat-savvy children over 10 but not dogs.

If you're looking for a confident and affectionate cart, Snowdrop is your girl.
She likes chin rubs, treats and, of course, being fussed with, which means that she would prefer to be the only pet in the home.
Snowdrop can live with cat-savvy children aged 10 and above and needs outdoor access.
Her new home cannot have other cats or dogs.

The sanctuary describes Lilac as a lovely, friendly cat who takes a little time to adjust and relax around new people.
Lilac needs a forever home that is nice and quiet with owners that are prepared to give her plenty of space and time to settle.

While Lilac can live with cat savvy children aged 10 and over, she cannot live with other cats or dogs.

Azalea is really sweet, and affectionate and loves her creature comforts.
In fact, you'll often find her buried underneath blankets and nice and cosy.
She joined the sanctuary with other cats who are also named after flowers - just like Hyacinth.
Therefore, she can be paired with some of these cats in a new home.
Azaela needs outdoor access, can live with other cats and cat-savvy children over 10 but not dogs.
