MORE than 90 representatives from local authorities, charities and social housing providers gathered for an open day that looked at tackling fraud.

Oxford City Council and Intec hosted the event today at the town hall to look at best practice in combating fraud.

The speakers included: Oxford City Council chief executive, Peter Sloman, deputy leader of the city council, Cllr Ed Turner, head of legal at Viridian Housing, Katrina Robinson, head of finance at the city council, Nigel Kennedy, and investigations manager at the city council, Scott Warner.
